As a former presenter and participant, I was in awe at the variety of presentations, and the large number of online teaching experts that gave feature workshops and webinars in beautiful Aptos, California, a few months ago in 2009.

Presentations ranged from promoting online learning and retention for hybrid instruction programs, to trends and demographics of K-12 technology users. My presentation, “Hybridize your Regular Classroom with Free and Low Cost Resources”, centered on a variety of free online tools regular school teachers can use to bridge the digital divide with their students.
